Gus Gonzalez is a graduate of UCLA and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, he started his career in the financial services and insurance industry in 2000. He is a Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS*) and a Benefits Advisor. He serves his clients by creating a financial plan that addresses their needs on a holistic basis, including investment management, retirement planning, life insurance, long term care insurance, estate planning, Social Security, Medicare and budgeting. He understands that the relationships that he builds with his clients are less about numbers and more about creating memorable life experiences.
Gus is known for forging close, professional relationships built on trust. His professional ideals and reputation were built on the motto “always put the client first.” He is married to his wife, Maria. They have two sons Julian and Cristian, who play basketball and soccer. He enjoys traveling working out and spending time with family.

About Me
Staci graduated with honors from Brigham Young University and has built a diverse career that includes thirteen years with the Boise School District, as well as experience at Hewlett-Packard and in editorial work. She joined Integrated Financial Management in early 2025 as the Assistant to Gus Gonzalez. Her job is to ensure that clients and business affiliates are given consistent service and to be a reliable point of contact for account service-related items. Staci enjoys building relationships and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, sports, books, and time with family and friends. She and her husband stay busy with their five children, always looking for new adventures and experiences.
